Delivery Charges

 

  • FREE UK delivery when you spend over £50

  • Collection available if local to Yarm on Tees

  • All delivery estimates are in working days from the day of your order.

  • All deliveries are tracked & signed for except individual greeting cards and bookmarks.
     

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but please be aware that this may be slightly longer at times.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties incurred or delays due to customs.

Returns

If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty then we ask that you report damage within 14 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us.  We will then replace/refund your order.

Loss

If loss should occur during shipment, we will do everything we can to help locate & resolve the situation.
